“On arrival Rory the General manager was at hand to take our luggage and gave us great Welcome. He was very helpful with information about the area we were in and gave us information about parking and places to eat. The Hotel at the moment is still in the process of being refurbished. So, yes there were a lot of painting, decorating and new carpets to be laid. “The hotel was welcoming and the room was spacious, and comfortable, if a little stuffy. It was at the top of the building and the windows would only open a little. The room would have been less stuffy had the windows been opened before we arrived, and the blinds drawn. It was clean, and the linen was all good. All in all, a pleasant stay.”
