“The hotel is very old and has a weird smell everywhere. The staff is not professional. The guy at the front desk wears a casual sweater and is not so friendly. Breakfast is expensive and terrible. They give you glasses slightly bigger than shot glasses for milk or juice. It takes forever to get a coffee and no refill. Food is tasteless. After I complained about the coffee when asking for the check, the waitress gave me a simple “Oh” with a confused facial expression. Unbelievable. ”

“It was a one night stay for business. I would have liked to see a clock on the bedside table so I didn't have to fumble around to find my phone and time in the middle of the night. Also, there was no safe in the room. No ability to lock valuables therefore I had to carry them with me which I didn't want.”

“Be aware that the swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna, etc advertised on their website is NOT free, there is an expensive fee to use it, it is belonging to a spa attached to the hotel. I did not appreciate the surpize on arrival.”

“Property is lovely, staff are great. Rooms are good. The breakfast could use improvement, options are limited. Pastries were dry but the muffins were good, so food quality doesn’t match how clean and well maintained the property is. ”

“Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. ”
