“We enjoyed our stay at ARC The Hotel. The location and convenience of being near many of the most loved coffee shops like Starbucks and Tim Hortons can't be beat. The rooms were clean and came with what I expect from a good hotel: it had a safe, a small fridge, plush robes, plenty of towels, great shower products, and downstairs, a gym in the basement. I particularly want to shout out Hassane, one of the concierges, who gives exceptional, friendly service: he really looked after my little……

“it was a lovely hotel... everything was perfect till the AC was broken on the hottest day of the year. I know the owner try their best to fix it but still....I couldn't sleep in those days... and I was really disappoint that there was no any compensation on this accident....”

“Great location for eashy walking to all of downtown Ottawa's sites. Lacking of on-site parking initially seemed like a drawback but the underground lot nearby was safe and secure and we didn't need our vehicle for the time we were there.”
