“Amazing property. Everything was perfect. My only criticism is the lack of emphasis and appreciation for our wedding anniversary celebration. I messaged ahead of time so they know I would appreciate something complimentary to surprise my wife. But nothing. They just gave us a room with a balcony, which we could not even use due to the cold and rainy weather. ALL the other hotels we’ve stayed with in the past have surprised us with a room upgrade or even as simple as a free snack. Little things……

“I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.”
