“Loved the hotel, staff and location, but realize there is serious street work in process now. That does distract and cause inconvenience…challenged travelers would need help with bags from taxi to entrance. Cruisers with many bags will have some difficulties. ”

“I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.”

“This was a fantastic hotel…great staff, wonderful restaurant ( Mama C’s) beautiful room, gorgeous decor. My only area of improvement would be to turn the music down in the rooftop bar after 9:00 pm, especially on a Sunday night!”
