“This property exceeded my expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a sweet, cozy cottage with all the comforts you need inside and pure paradise outside. Walking out on the Sandbar and to tiny islands were our favourite part. Fina is a very friendly and knowledgeable host and we love her dogs. Only advice- if you fly in and it’s dark- follow Fina’s instructions to get there and don’t use google maps. The roads are terrible and you think you’re driving into no where but trust the……

“This was our first trip to Exuma that we went with the VBRO path, so we were a little anxious but this house is everything described and more. Location: It is very close to the airport which worked out perfectly for our trip and added no extra noise at all. We had friends and adult kids arriving and leaving at different times so this was great so we didn’t spend our days crossing the island to the airport. It is also very easy to get into town for groceries and equal distance from either marina……

“This house a a dream! We’ve stayed in Exuma several times and never had a house as accommodating as The Addison House! The house came fully stocked with beach towels, sunscreens, speaker, ice chests, custom yeti cups, multiple phone chargers, full size shampoo/conditioner, everything you could think of. The house absolutely stunning and looks like something out of a Pottery Barn magazine, the views are truly some of the best in Exuma being right on the beach! It was also so nice to have a heated……

“My family of 7 stayed here just before Christmas. Our kids ages are from 8 to 23. We all absolutely loved our stay.It was spacious enough for everyone to not feel like they are on top of each other but felt cozy at the same time. The outdoor areas were paradise! The beach is beautiful. The water is calm and easy to use provided kayaks and paddle boards or for the littles to enjoy swimming. We docked our rental boat right out back, where it was well-protected and perfectly positioned for easy excursions to the nearby islands, each offering its own unique restaurants and lively watering holes. “We stayed for 10 days in February. We loved the house so much! It is beyond beautiful and well kept. Sea Star Villa has everything you need: kayaks, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen utensils, and everything is easy to find and use. We did tend to run out of hot water if all 6 adults showered to close in time, but we just managed our time better so not really a big deal. The area was extremely safe and comfortable and it was less then a 5 minute drive into George Town to get groceries or eat……

“The house is lovely and spacious and the location is perfection. Grandchildren ages 2 to 14 all enjoyed the pool, the beach, the lagoon, kayaks, snorkeling, and generally hanging out.
