“Home is recently renovated. Everything is well done. Beds are comfortable. My friend slept in 2nd bedroom and said she had the best sleep on vacation ever. Porch overlooking the water is priceless. Swing was a fun addition. Neighbor houses are close but never heard a sound when inside. Would recommend. ”

“Overall- a very good experience at the Nice Villa. Beautiful view, amazing access to February Point amenities and close to Georgetown for dining and food shopping. But things that weren’t mentioned in other reviews was that the furniture in the living area is a bit tired and the home is clean butdusty- needs a good deep cleaning. Property manager was not as responsive as we would have liked but everything went smoothly at check in- just felt like an inconvenience with any small questions and……

We stay in awe of the beauty of Treasure Cay the entire time we are there. Martha and Jacqueline are both amazing at keeping in touch and making sure we had everything we needed or wanted. The location is in town, which made the stay convenient to purchase what we needed. The host was very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for exploring the island. “We enjoyed our stay! We had 9 people in total. We had an infant and it was very nice to have a high chair and pack and play provided for us. Management was quick to respond and helpful with all of our questions. Location is close to the airport and nice.Overall the property is beautiful- we did have the dishwasher not work in one of the houses as well as the garbage disposal & the dryer was broken in the other house. We alerted the manager but they had a hard time getting maintenance to come out……
