“Very nice single units. We stayed in two of the beachside cottages. They were clean, had sufficient kitchen/dishware, and were decorated in a tasteful, seaside motif. The kayaks were a wonderful addition and our boys enjoyed taking them out. They are located a bit away from main, busy areas but if you have a car rental then this is not a concern. “Check in and interaction with the property manager was easy, timely, and clear. The property was all it was advertised to be and more. Our family (us plus our 6 college-aged kids and one high schooler) had plenty of room for hanging out, cooking, eating and enjoying water sports (kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming in the pool). The kitchen was well equipped and there was an extra refrigerator in the laundry room and a grill outside. Location is central to airport, Georgetown, and Little……

“A hidden gem! Perfect location, beautiful view, nice facilities. The condo provided many amenities and that helped tremendously because we didn’t have to purchase the small things like spices and condiments. We didn’t partake in any of the activities at the resort other than the beach but there were several available like paddle boards, kayaks and a pool. The condo was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again! The owner was very attentive and helpful. ”

“This property is perfect for an Exuma getaway. We had 3 couples, every couple had their own bedroom and private bath. There is a half bath on the main floor which is very convenient. The view of the marina and having a dock is an added bonus. We love Exuma and will stay here again when we visit. ”
