Also she cooked us wonderful conch fritters and the best carrot cake ever. If you want an off the beaten path true Bahamian experience this is a must do! So safe the people are wonderful. “Our little cottage getaway was just what we needed. Our hosts were exceptional - responsive, kind and generous. The cottage was very comfortable - we had everything we needed for a four-day stay on Eluethera. It was quiet and safe (after a week in Nassau). We were able to walk to Turtle Beach and many other beautiful beaches were just short drives away.Loved it - wish we could have stayed longer.”

“We made our choice to come here after reading their amazing reviews. We were blown away and will certainly be coming back. Ida and her so Terren are amazing and make the entire process extremely easy. We flew from Fort Lauderdale vía Makers Air which have a ton of flights into Staniel Cay. We went to Ava’s a few times for their fresh baked bread, makes for amazing French toast! Going in the off season we something I have never done before, no one was on the beaches. “Celebrating a milestone birthday should not require constant cleaning of roaches. And the resolution was a small bottle of roach spray. After constant texting someone came and fumigated which resulted in roaches going belly up and is as paid guests to clean it up. Not cool. The response was it's the islands and there are always roaches. Not in the description before purchase. Still fighting for deposit to be returned. Stay at your own caution.”
