“We had a great stay at Ladera hotel. All the staff were very warm and friendly and they arranged a welcome dish for my birthday which was much appreciated. The pillows were really quite firm and high for our liking but that's a personal preference. Breakfast was simple but good and the housekeeping staff were very thorough (even replacing soap bars when plenty of use still lift which we think is unnecessary). Location was great, with a short walk to the subway and some really nice restaurants.……

O apartamento, incrivel! Predio tranquilo, com muitas facilidades (estacionamento, lavanderia, piscina). Tamanho do apartamento excelente para duas pessoas. Como padrão para oferecer a viajantes, faltou um cuidado adicional quanto a limpeza (estava empoeirado, copos mal lavados e inclusive quebrados no armario,……

“Bom custo benefício...uns 500mts a pe do costanera center. Do lado da torre esquerda do hotel (meu quarto era o 203) tem uma casa que eu contei uns 11 cachorros. Ou seja, se quiser descanso na parte da manhã/tarde é impossível. Pedimos pra trocar de quarto e 1 dia depois do check-in conseguimos. Fomos pro 204 e apesar da cama nao ser mais king, o silencio era ótimo. Cafe da manha simples, mas que agrada a todos. Alem do costanera nao vi nada próximo, como uma farmacia, mercado, restaurante,……

“Overall we enjoyed our stay. Although check-in didn't go as smoothly as hoped, as the room (Executive Double room, 1 King Bed and separate living room) we had booked was occupied and not available. Instead, we were put into a one room with queen bed with loveseat, and received a couple of complimentary cocktails for the inconvenience. The next day they did move us to the room we booked as pictured, but still disappointing we had to go through this for a 2 night stay. Our booked room was……
