“Very cute and artsy studio apt! Had everything we needed, was close to where we needed to be, and it was a very short walk to food/bars in OTR neighborhood. The parking pass was CLUTCH when street parking was full, and the garage is very close. Note: There is a narrow/steep stairwell to get to unit (just to keep in mind for anyone with mobility issues)Would definitely stay again!”

“The apartment is easy to find and access. Parking is not far away in a very large underground public parking garage. Everything worked really well except getting out of the parking garage using the parking pass… seems like it was expired or something…. The owner didn’t respond to my urgent message…. I was stuck in the exit lane for around 15 minutes till some nice attendant let me out. ”

“Beautiful hotel in great location. Standard 2 queen room felt more roomy and airy than most hotel rooms. Beds are very comfortable. Staff were polite. Parking is pricey, but valet service was speedy even on what seemed to be a particularly busy weekend with several weddings, a football game and UC Parents weekend. Would definitely stay again. ”

"We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe. When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness."
