Lots of amenities and everything I wanted was provided including toiletries. The only minor downside was that the location as it is along a very busy roadway but I had no issues personally. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Would definitely stay here again!”

“This was not what was shown for it to be. The couch was not as pictured it was a love set with terrible comfort only fit two people. The freezer in small fridge picture showed a full fridge the fire alarm did not have a battery in it no fire extinguisher in area. No towels for kitchen or hot pads or wash clothes for bathroom. Chairs and bench in dining room were terribly uncomfortable to sit on just plastic. Bars on windows doors for bedrooms had locks on inside. We had to spend 265.00……

“My husband, son and I stayed there for a lacrosse tournament at Stony Brook. The apt. was very clean and perfect for 2-3 people. The AC is run by the main house and when it got a little warm the first day I reached out to Stu and he and his wife quickly lowered the temp for us and it was perfect. Cute neighborhood-we visited Stony Brook village, Port Jeff and Sunken Meadow Park in our off time. Last year we stayed in Patchogue which was nice but we enjoyed the North Shore this year. “My stay at Reggie’s place gets a solid 5 stars across the board. This basement studio apartment was extremely clean and has everything one would need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. For myself, the best feature of this property was having a (rarely found) dedicated parking spot in the driveway that was under camera surveillance. This allowed me to sleep well knowing my vehicle and its contents were secure. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with friendly neighbors who were quick to wave……
