“Great hotel ”

“This is on a busy road that at first glance can seem to be small, non remarkable and somewhat isolated. However, a magical experience awaits inside. You walk to the back of this magnificent property and it opens up like an oasis in the desert. It is truly awesome. A winding 100 meter glorious swimming pool with a series of bridges crossing it (one of 2 pools). The huge property (some 900 rooms) is a quiet 'sanctuary'. It comes with bar, restaurant, tennis court and huge picnic areas. The staff……

“A little bit far from Sanur center but the staff are so friendly and helpful. We stayed at the garden Villa area with private pool which we enjoyed a lot. Breakfast is acceptable and the towels are not clean enough. All in all, we are satisfied with the price we paid comparing what we got.”

“1.房間乾淨、物品應有盡有，僅吹風機風力較小，床的品質佳，很有睡，而樓房間、一樓開放式客廳，有度假風。 2.訂房贈送迎賓飲料(AM11-PM11)、下午茶(3PM-4PM)和編織提袋，因特價時訂房，二晚不到台幣一千元，物超所值。 3.飯店和沙灘相連，飯店內有三座開放式泳池及兒童成人運動場所，推薦全家一起來度假。 4.飯店位於自行車道旁，適合騎單車，相當舒適，另鄰近當地市集、餐廳、按摩院和藝文等。這裡是我在峇里島六天當中覺得最適合度假與休閒，又能觀察當地生活的地方。 5.客服人員態度好，能夠協助房客要求，相當感謝客服人員提供的服務與態度。”

“Vi var her en nat inden afgang til Nusa Lembongan. Tog super godt imod os og værelset var fint, lille terrasse og lige ud til poolen. Dejlig seng og alt fungerede fint. ”

“조용한 환경에서 편히 쉴 수 있었습니다. 호텔에 조경이 참 좋았고 친절하셨고 모든게 좋은데.. 두 가지 아쉬웠던 점. 1. 아이가 여기 수영장에서 신나게 수영을 이틀 하고 열이 났어요. 귀 염증도 생겼습니다. 수질 때문인지 이유는 모르겠어요. 2. 객실 천정 어딘가에서 수시로 쥐들이 다다다닥 다니는 소리가 수시로 났습니다. 불안했어요. ”

“Des hôtes d'une très grande gentillesse ! L'emplacement est bien , proche de la plage et des marchés...facile et peu couteux de se deplacer. ”

“The architecture of this hotel is mind blowing. From the entrance tunnel, to the gigantic reception lobby, everything is unique and makes you feel in a pretty exclusive place. The room was perfect - very spacious, clean, and with more than we expected- e.g the “closet & powder room”. The outside spaces with the lush vegetation made it perfect!”

“I like the design and staff of the villa. The private pool is amazing too. But there are a lot of different type of insects in the villa, like centipede, mosquito, gecko and ants. I am concerned with the cleaniness of the villa since many moving ants are on bed even the staff had cleaned the room. Also, we have to ask the staff to fix the hot water before bathing everyday. ”

“Mrs.Made is good owner hostess of this hotel. She is great and kind lady. Guest can feel warmness from her kind personality. And Mr.Quature and Mr.Kommang are also very kind people. If you wanna feel Bali local culture and family, this is the right place. This hotel has beautiful trees and flowers, it will make guest feel happiness. I had very unusual, unique , and good memory when I stayed there. I really hope I will be back in the future:) From Julia”
