“We liked everything about this classic, updated motel. Service was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. We had a standard, amply-sized room with a fireplace as a bonus, at an affordable rate. Feels like a mid-century California coastal motel, in a row of similar places down the road. It was a little bit of a walk, not terrible, to the downtown and Cannery Row locations. “We had a great stay overall—beautiful view and the place was very clean. However, I was disappointed to find that the duvet and pillows didn’t seem to have been cleaned--ever. The duvet, in particular, was extremely dirty, which was a letdown after seeing how spotless the rest of the home was. Thankfully, I found clean blankets in the closet and used those instead. “This condo is a wonderful place to stay. The ocean sounds and views are so relaxing. The condo is beautifully furnished with everything you need for your stay. The beach, which is right outside the door, is a great place for a nice long walk. The condo is well stocked and exceptionally clean. We love it there!”

"I have stayed in this hotel many times with my friends, but every time the hotel staff repeatedly charged the parking fee, which was completely fraudulent. What was even more egregious this time was that the restaurant service staff changed the fee without authorization and overcharged."
