Habíamos tenido un problema con otra estancia y a través de Expedia nos reubicaron en éste hotel y no podemos estar más contentos, nos dieron habitación de un momento para otro y sin problema. “The shower cube in the room that we were assigned to on the first night is very tiny, in fact one of the smallest I have ever seen in all the hotels i've stayed around the world, you can barely turn and wash your body, water would overflow out of the shower cube and half of the washroom floor was wet. After reflecting to the customer service, we were reassigned to another room with a bigger shower cube, its spacious however hot water can only run for a short period, about 5-8 minutes. Other……

I experienced it the first day and my last day with the neighboring room, we need to evacuate but no sense of what was going on. Need to change the cooking system.”
