“Its a bit expensive compare to other hotels in Lido, but I just love their beach! The free shuttle to Venice is very convenient and comfortable. I've booked a sea view room but the balcony is not really big, so better save that money to book a normal room instead. The breakfast was excellent and they even have 4 kinds of milk to choose from (but it cost extra 25 euro). A luxurious experience to spoil yourself!”

“We arrived at 12 ,kindly ask for luggage storage only ,but the lady on the counter says let me see what can I do for you ,then we are checking in to our comfortable room ,with bottle of champagne welcome us!we love the location,we love the atmosphere and everything about this hotel.we have very bad experience with the previous hotel in Mestre. I will tell all my friends to stay in this lovely hotel if they can to Venice.”

“Quite a lovely place to stay, it would be nice to have an option to make tea or coffee outside of breakfast hours, or we just weren’t informed, otherwise the place is neat, really lovely beaches around, and everyone in the staff is super nice. Thank you for accommodating us!”

“Disappointed 1. AC water dripping from the ceiling all night 2. Cleaning staff left the tissue paper inside the bidet instead of where it’s supposed to be Not up to the IHG standards I expected”

“第一次遇到這麼差的服務態度，沒有笑容，冷冰冰的，完全被評語欺騙了，選擇了這裡，滿肚子的不滿，五星收費，一星的服務。登記的男服務生態度極差，看他的樣子好像很討厭中國人似的，兩點入住，兩間房也沒有清潔好，我問可否先准備一間我們，他只是冷漠地說，我們只保證三點才有房，有這樣的服務嗎？房間内沒有煲水的，也沒有咖啡機，連咖啡也沒有。叫拿熱水，催了三次，60幾分鐘才送到，打電話投訴，一句抱歉的話也沒有，他只是在詢問你想怎樣，我幫你轉電話去相關部門，真最好笑，我現在要投訴，不是應該你幫我解決問題嗎？”

“Everything about the hotel was amazing. We were well taken care of by the staff upon arrival. The breakfast was fantastic, the room was impeccably clean, and the beds were comfortable. If you want to stay in a neighborhood in Venice full of locals and not day tourists, I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more. I would %1,000 stay again.”

“地點很方便, 附近環境也不錯. 櫃檯服務人員有熱心也有冷淡的, 要看人. 清洁度有待提升, 可能也是因為房間較昏暗, 所以清洁人員看不到蜘蛛絲吧. 房間位於G樓, 有小強出沒.”

“Great location. 3 minutes walk from water bus station; one supermarket and one cosmetic shop nearby in the alley; two minutes walk from main street; lots of restaurants to choose. Fair price to stay in such a great place.”

“Lido岛上比较有性价比的酒店，我们是在停车场停车后坐Actv的Route2水上巴士到的Lido，下船后右转大概步行7-8min可以到酒店。 早餐也还可以，价格也不贵。”
