“Had a good stay. The home was quaint and nicely decorated and it contained almost everything we needed. We appreciated the fact that the listing accurately reflected what would be provided. “First of all I booked this hotel in Sept for a stay in Dec and it was 10 of us that were supposed to stay… I called and called to make sure everything was good with the reservation and No one answers, I finally get down to the morning of my stay bcus I hadn’t received any instructions on how to enter the property and called some more no answer so I reach out to hotels. com to let them know and they said they would call then all of a sudden I receive a text message that says I’m sorry I missed……
