“This was a great stay since the start I had an issue with my reservation that was quickly addressed and fixed by the staff at the hotel since the Expedia staff could not help me. They were super responsive patient and polite. Check in process was very easy and convenient. Once we were there everything went well Jessica the manager was very attentive and would periodically check in with everyone in the lobby or patio area to see if anything was needed. "Room: clean, quite new Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
