“A simple, clean studio with many of the amenities available during our one week stay. Hilo was only 20 min. away, so the location was not a challenge. With only a need of a place to sleep and shower, this unit was perfectly adequate for us in comfort, value and cost. We didn’t know our studio was in a complex with multiple connecting units in a 3-story building. Typical of Hawaiʻi homes, the walls are not double sided so you’ll hear the sounds through the walls and floors (or ceiling). We missed……

“This property strikes a rare balance: reasonably priced, well-located, and thoughtfully maintained without excess or pretense.The views are lush, the space immaculately clean, and the hosts both warm and unobtrusive. Practical touches such as on-site laundry, overhead fans, and a Sleep Number bed (more curiosity than necessity) made for an easy stay. Nighttime breezes kept the temperature comfortable.We had no issues with bugs — just a few charming geckos lingering outside. The only real misstep……

“Cute 2 bedroom next to the best beach on the Hilo side. Close to things with a vehicle or use the bus stop right outside the building. Pool does have limited times, and it’s not lit. ”

We loved the location as for us we wanted to explore Volcano National Park and much of the east side of the island. We did go to Kona for a day which was easily accessible as well. Hilo is awesome and so is this house!”

“This is a great 2BD 2BA condo to enjoy your time in Hilo. The two bedrooms are large and roomy. There's modern furnishings throughout, and beach equipment in the closet. The kitchen is well-equipped. The location is close to many cafes and restaurants. Despite being near the airport, noise is not an issue. The only negative was that our entry into the condo was delayed because we weren't given correct access code information by the property management company. Also, as others have mentioned, 2……
