“The unit is located about 15 minutes drive out from the center of Hilo and the bay, up the hillsides in a quiet neighborhood that achieved an almost rural feeling, as if at the edge of the countryside. Property itself was as advertised and had everything we needed. The building is a bit run down, but the actual unit was nicely done. Property manager was very responsive. ”
