“10月1号晚上快12点了才到卢萨卡，按着酒店订单上的酒店地址找了两个小时都没找到该酒店，联系电话也一直打不通，最后找了辆当地的车付钱让司机给我们当向导才找到，入住已经零晨两点半了，前台还一直强调我们订的大床房只能有一个免费早餐，另一个人要付费！！！！酒店外面看着还可以，内部很陈旧，厕所比较脏，厕所垃圾桶里还有两个空的饮料瓶，一看就是上位房客扔的酒店竟然没打扫！！非常不愉快的经历”

“The staff handling enquires through Expedia is the only saving grace of this hotel. She was most helpful to my enquiry to buy long distance bus tickets. Of course i understand that I am paying a budget price but to have baby cockroaches crawling out of the crevices in table in the room is petrifying, dirty and scary. And the ceiling walls of the toilet is dark, stained and moldy. Dinner menu was limited and we waited nearly an hour for a simple meal of rice with chicken. Oh my goodness, 1……

“The place was awful. The shower only dripped water. Weak WiFi. An air conditioner that could only be turned on manually, remote to stop the air from blowing on you didn’t work. The electronic key didn’t work and breakfast was lame. The worst part was the main guy said he would refund my money for two nights (I left after one night and planned for 3) and he never did. He lied to me. ”

“The place is clean and far better than your average backpacker accommodation. The location was perfect for me, as I needed to be near the International Conference Centre. It is in quiet and easily accessible location. The only downside was that there was no hot water in my en-suite room during my two-day stay. I was informed it would be fixed, but unfortunately, it wasn't resolved before I checked out. I had to use a general shower next to my room. However, they did compensate me with a late……
