“The Plough is fine. It is looking a bit dated and in need of refurbishment. The rooms are spacious enough and the aircon works well. I stay in a lot of hotels and think the Plough is overpriced for what it offers. That’s probably why occupancy was quite low during my stay. At dinner the waitress spilled wine over one of the diners at my table. The waitress didn’t know what to do and laughed, probably in embarrassment. She evidently needs retraining on how to deliver service properly.”

“Wonderful Experience in Morgans. Got free upgraded to a larger room. The staff are all sincere and helpful. But the location is a bit remote from the train station if you are travelling with large luggage.”

“Nice hotel, right next to a lovely lake which you can walk around. Good breakfast, good evening menu and nice bar. Just a shame that the swimming pool was no longer open (permanently closed). ”
