“Very good stay experience, European architecture style, and the service of the staff is very considerate”

“Great apartment with every amenity needed for an excellent stay in Madrid. The bed was a little harder than it prefer, but overall I cannot complain. Close to restaurants and groceries. ”

“Lækkert hotel tæt på metrostation og Bernabeo Stadion. Lækkert værelse og god service hele vejen rundt. Jeg kommer tilbage snart”

“Weather was hot during my stay, but the air condition system does not work. Breakfast was poor, you need to order from menu, however menu is not available on weekend and holidays. ”

“Fantastic service but location is too remote Every single attraction in Madrid is at least 15 mins away by taxi or 30 mins by public transport. Prices were comparable with central hotels, so there is little incentive to stay here. Sound proof is lacking and there was not much facility to speak of. Definitely felt closer to a 3 star hotel ”

“Its okay if you don't have any other options. Its a luck of the draw with other people in the same apartment (even though you have your own private room and bathroom). I had a group up until pretty late watching TV on their phones, being quite loud while talking and laughing and people coming home loud and drunk in the middle of the night.”

“只能夠說有對比就有傷害，之前是在巴塞隆拿住，前台服務只態度很好，服務很週到，以為全西班牙都很多，但到了這間酒店真的很意外。我早上十一點到了酒店，酒店規定三點後才能入住，表示房間未準備好，我也明白這一點，所以我把行李寄存後就出去了，到五時多回來了，打開房間覺得房間挺美的，但入房發現房間有兩支上一位房客喝剩的飲用水，洗手間和垃圾桶都有上一個房客的垃圾，上一手房客用過的沐浴露和洗頭水都還在，我立即到前枱反映，前枱職員亦立即安排人員清理，我明白可能這是個別事件，但如果可以給我把房間換一下會更加好，感覺上一位房客的香水還在，(也有可能是房間本身的香薰味吧)對毛巾和水杯都沒有使用的信心，也不知道床單有沒有更換過。”

“酒店離地鐵站不遠，因不近景点，需要乘搭地鐵前往。房间和浴室都很寬大，但房內的香味太濃，反而令人不適。”

“酒店位置不算太方便但屬於靠近距離到機場及市中心中間位置,鄰近有商場及食肆,附近環境比較清幽,可惜酒店設備略舊,如果二次登價錢不算吸引！”
