“Wir konnten durch diese super Unterkunft, unsere Ferien in Alicante in vollen Zügen geniessen. Das Personal (Abdel) war äusserst zuvorkommend und hat all unsere Wünsche zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Sei das unser Check-in, die Reinigung des Apartments oder die Organisation eines Taxis. Die Kommunikation über Whatsapp war sehr einfach und bequem, aber auch persönlich war Abdel immer überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden Arenalsuites jedem weiter empfehlen und hoffen, dass……

“Vi köpte en billig hotell natt i Alicante för att utforska stan lite närmare. Vil5 har ett utmärkt läge i gamla stan nära till restauranger, barer, museum och hissen som tar dig upp till borgen på berget. VIL5 är obemannat men all service finns i hotellet tvärs över gatan, där sker även incheckning och frukost. Frukost kostade 10.50 euro, den var rätt så standard men helt ok. Frukosten serverades på takvåningen med en fin utsikt över borgen och stan. Ute terrassen var inte öppen under frukosten……

“Lovely stay! Everything was great, from the checkin to the pool and bar on the roof. Only things was a fan making a humming noise outside the window and a bird started to chirp in the early morning but the lovely breakfast buffé made up for lack of high quality sleep ☺️”

“Wow! This resort was incredible. Right from the moment we walk in we were asked if we'd like tea, coffee or water. The room was stunning and spacious and had a little balcony. The rooftop patio was beautiful and amazing as well. The view from the rooftop was of the castle also. Everything was fantastic ”

“Apartamento super novinho, reformado, prédio com elevador e super bem localizado! Realmente tudo ótimo! Cama super confortável, quarto escuro e silencioso. A cama extra, que é um sofá que vira cama, não é mto confortável e não recomendo pra adultos. Mas pra criança é tranquilo. Amamos o apartamento e com certeza recomendamos! ”
