“This is the most terrible experience. We wait for front desk staff for almost 2 hours to check in on christmas. We were very tired at that time and had to stay at front desk. It's a horrible disaster. I'll never come here again.”

“This is my family and I second time staying at this location and we enjoyed it juat ad much as the first time. The rooms arw very clean, the neach is at a wallable distance, maybe 8 minutes or so. Staff is readily available and very friendly. We arrived past minute and were promptly assisted to check in. The only downside is that there are lyft drivers that block the parking lot, i believe just waiting to be able to service someone. They did move when we needed to park, but i can see it may be……
