“We had a little issue with no water pressure or hot water in one of our bathrooms, after four days they were able to fix it. Once Sheneka at the front desk found out, she took care of us. “Everything was great about Windsong, the only exception is getting rides to dinner was quite expensive. We could ride bikes during the day, but walking to places like coffee shops would be too far. We had to take bikes, which was fine during the daytime. At night it didn’t feel like a good option to walk in the dark for dinners out at local restaurants. Everything else was excellent including the cleanliness and awesome room accommodations. Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful.”
