“Excellent service and a very nice hotel. As of June 2025 they are still recovering from the October 2024 hurricane. The first floor restaurant is still closed and probably will be for a while. But all the rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, which are fine. The top floor viewing, happy hour, and hangout area is also fine. We were on the 3rd floor in the front with a balcony over 8th avenue, very nice. While not a bed & breakfast, it reminds me of one due to being small, serving breakfast,……

“This was our first stay here at this location. We travel to St Pete a ton and haven’t come across this gem! I absolutely loved it and so did my kids! The front desk was so kind and gave my kids juice, I believe her name was Katie but I can’t remember, but she was so sweet and took time to explain where our room was and even helped me out with the code to enter our room! Thank you a ton! The beds and pillows were my absolute favorite!! I haven’t had a good night sleep in so long, I need to know……
