“When we went to check in the front desk said they cancelled our reservation because my card declined, which didn’t make any sense because they were collecting payment upon arrival. They said the only room they had available was a smoking room, which who knew people still have smoking rooms. Luckily they found a room for us. The room smelt super musky and the tub was questionable looking. It looked so dirty, when in reality it was so water damaged it looked gross. You get what you paid for but……

“Parking is in a garage in the back- my 95 year old grandmother couldn’t have dealt with that for handy cap parking. I dropped her at front door and parked each time. This is a nice hotel next to the Galleria. Staff were nice, breakfast was abundant and included in our stay. ”
