“Nice, comfortable, helpful staffs, and easy to view Matterhorn.”

“Very good hotel! The room size is big, clean and cozy. My room gets the view of Matterhorn from the top window, together with a balcony facing the main street, which is so nice! The staff was nice and friendly too.”

“The apartment is spacious and have everything we need. There is a supermarket within 5 to 6 minutes walk so we can go buy stuffs easily. The apartment's window and balcony all have a view of the Matterhorn. However the apartment does not have reception and can only self check in on or after 4pm. We arrived a few hours early and need to take our luggage to there sister hotel for short storage. We also need to keep the kitchen area clean and take the trash to trash bin outside the apartment.”

“Talk about 5-8 mins walk from station, but not really quiet at night, many ppl shouting outside. Also, I don’t understand why Swiss breakfast cost expensive but only provide ham, bread and coffee…….no heat food can eat in winter, a little bit disappointed!”

“此飯店check in和入住的地方不同，到時稍為小找了一下。 房間兩面對外窗，而且有小陽台，坐在屋內就可看到雪景，讓心情很愉悅，另外，熱水很感謝櫃台人員提供，讓我們可以吃泡麵。 缺點就是隔音不太好，可聽到隔壁講話的聲音，另外，上廁所的地方只有半透明的窗廉，沒有遮光布，上廁所讓人很不安心，很怕被看光。 因為地點離車站不遠，又在熱鬧的小鎮上，整體還是非常滿意的。 ”

“飯店離策馬特火車站有一段距離，如果有行李務必要搭乘計程車。但飯店的位置離馬特洪峰又更近，很適合想要一早追日出的人，並且飯店早餐很棒，我還會想要再住一次。”

“Wonderful, quaint family owned hotel. Everything you need with the kindest staff. We checked in late night- be sure to mention it to the staff and they helped us with so many details in our short stay. Our only hesitation was a concern that after reading some reviews the hotel might be further from the main downtown area in Zermatt- psssh, perfect location just a short walk (and thats from a suburbanite american) from everything. Plus, gorgeous views right from our room. The pictures are……
