“Hotel stunning got to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to reception lift is available only issue I had because I booked through hotel.com they charge you 20:00 per hour for late check out also there is a charge to leave your baggage if you want to walk around Cardiff after check out which I never pay for in all hotels I stay with hotel.com but hotel stunning staff fab great location ”

“We always stay at the coldra great value for the money. Breakfast is amazing great quality.only thing spoilt it was price of parking £12 per night thought a bit expensive but thats inflation for you didnt spoil our experience. Highly recomended well done”

“So thrilled to have found this little gem. Needed an overnight stay near Monmouth, we stayed on Boxing Day evening, with our dog. Beautiful room , We ate in the bar, food first class. I imagine we will pay another visit if in the area. ”

“This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious. We are satisfied with this comfortable stay experience. But I think a minor thing may need to be improved. The temperature of bath/shower is not very steady, and it dropped down after several minutes. Besides, the water from tape also took several minutes to become warm. Since we visited in April and it is still a bit cold, when I washed my hands I felt a bit freezing. It would be better to access hot water more easily.”

“Ample parking, 2 bars , breakfast room & an extra dining/private hire room. Very clear twin room with on-suite, TV & drink making facilities. Comfy beds & a fairly decent view out of the window.. ”

“My recent stay was extremely disappointing. The bed was very uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the shower head was broken, which made bathing an unpleasant experience. The room itself was dusty and had a bad smell, compounded by the constant noise from the surroundings. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.”
