“The hotel is on Mentor Avenue, which is very busy. The hotel is quiet and clean, and the staff were friendly. While hotel coffee is seldom great, this coffee was sub-standard. I took a 5-minute walk to get a decent cup in the morning. The hotel breakfast isn't great -- the pastries tasted stale. At the in-house restaurant, I ordered a salad. When served, it was missing most of the ingredents but they did not offer me a reduced prices. So, the hotel is decent, but the coffee and food are sub-par.……

“The room was not cleaned the way it should have been. The dresser had sticky stuff on the surface. I had to actually go out and buy some cleaning products to make sure that it was scrubbed down.
