“The property was exactly as advertised, with plenty of space for our group of 8 and an amazing layout that felt both cozy and functional. The neighborhood was absolutely breathtaking, and the views gave a sense of complete seclusion and tranquility. The owner was incredibly attentive throughout our stay and made everything seamless. If we return to Sugar Mountain, we will definitely stay here again!”

“The highlight of this home is the sunroom and its view of the valley. The Perch is clean and comfortable. It's also convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway. My spouse and I spent most of our days driving along the Parkway and hiking on trails. We also drove down to hike Table Rock. The Perch is a great place to stay for mountain adventures!”

“House was in a great location and less than 10 min from Sugar Mt and downtown. We had some issues with check in but they were resolved seamlessly and quickly. The house was clean with updated amenities. Drive way was really steep but we had AWD and had no issues. My only gripe was with the leather couches - they were peeling and pieces of the couch were getting everywhere & sticking to our clothes. We even found a bunch of pieces in our bags & laundry. However would still stay here again &……

“This house was amazing. We spent Christmas here as a family, and loved everything. The house was so well stocked (probably the best we have ever stayed in). The views are breathtaking the surround sound system was great for Christmas music. The steps down to the lake are intense BUT the host describes them well. This house was exactly what we wanted and soooo much more… Great place book toda.”

“We really enjoyed out our stay. Not large, but very cozy for the four of us. Great view of river from main room. Equipped with everything we needed (except a toaster). Plenty of coffee and cocoa keurig pods. We had quite a bit of snow while there but the plowing of the neighborhood was good so we didnt have a problem getting in and out - about 20 min drive to Sugar Ski Resort - also not a problem. Would book again.”
