“We really enjoyed our stay. The people are very nice. Our hotel room felt like a cabin. Refrigerator, microwave, television, whirlpool bath, hot water, everything worked. The towels and wash rags were a little flimsy, and the floor might have been vacuumed a teeny bit better, but for the rustic feel, everything was very nice. We would definitely come back. 4-wheel drive is a very good idea!”

“Great property. Very walkable to all restaurants and shops. Stayed in the Tarheel Suite. Its was clean and nicely decorated. Only complaint is below us woke us up in the morning with slamming doors and talking loud. Not sure if its a common area or maybe cleaning. Other than that its a nice place to stay and we will be back with our pup. ”

“Beds were very comfortable. We stayed in a king 1 bedroom. Our daughter slept on the pullout couch which she said was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. We will be staying here again. ”
