“This is an excellent property. We particularly enjoyed the balcony/deck with such spectacular views. All of the other amenities were excellent. We arrived late on the day of arrival and retrieved a single key card for the gated property and one key for the door. We did not receive a passcode for the gate, nor for the individual unit's entry door. The door is equipped with a combination lock. The following day we reached out to the VACASA Customer Service Line, and a pleasant young lady assured……

“10/10 recommend this property. The view was absolutely gorgeous and the property was cozy and comfortable. Our 9 month old enjoyed his first “swim” in the indoor heated pool and he enjoyed looking at everything. The hosts, Denise & Ed, were wonderful. The check in instructions were very clear and the process was so easy. We will definitely rebook this condo when we come back to visit western, NC. ”

“This was a hard review to write. Technically, everything was presented as listed. However, there were no extra blankets and it took the unit a long time to warm up after arriving to thermostats set at 55, outdoor temp was 15 with an overnight low of 10. The beds only had sheets and a thin coverlet, burrr. The beds need some attention. The king mattress has obvious indentations , like you basically look at it made and see exactly where the “other” bodies laid lol. The bunk bed was so loud ,……

“We loved our stat at Tristan's home. The views are spectacular, mesmerizing. We stayed a month during our home renovation. We found everything we needed to actually "live" there. We appreciated items like an air fryer. The beds were very comfy. There is a nice big smart TV in the bedroom with all the apos you need. We highly recommend this property:)”

“Great stay, but the only thing that's keep me from giving it five stars is that I left an expensive pullover in the closet and I've contacted the location several times with no follow-up. I know it's my fault that I left it behind, but dang, You think they'd at least call me back to let me know the person who has it is enjoying their new pullover”

“Where to start first you can't park near the building. You have to park and get shuttled in a van with other people to building. Half the lights and light switches didn't work. There was a broken lamp in the master room and a picture broke off the wall and was laying on the couch. The bedrooms were crammed full of furniture where you couldn't walk around the bed or hardly move. The master bedroom had a door to the neighboring unit so you can hear their conversations. Which had a crying baby at……

“When we entered the place it was so beautiful and clean. They provided us with essentials like shampoo, soap, towels, etc. The bunk bed was fun for my child and all of the furniture was comfortable. The balcony was spacious and had a beautiful view, which we enjoyed. My family and I will definitely be back at this place!”

“When we arrived it was 4 degrees and cold to say the least. Condo was clean and comfortable and just a few steps off the slopes. The only issue was could get living room baseboard heater to work but owner had a freestanding one to help. Excellent time and we will be back but hopefully alittle warmer skiing weather. Thanks for allowing us to stay! Recommended ”

“We had a lovely visit. The condo was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The parking spots are easily accessible alongside the main road. As with most mountain locations, the road up to the condo was curvy. We skied at sugar mountain and you had to go down the mountain 10 minutes and then go back up. The shuttle is another option but is too far to walk from the condo. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store close by. Would stay there again. ”
