“Very enjoyable stay they had a beautiful bowl of fruits on the table with a jar of their jam they make which was very accommodating very quiet neighborhood very well-maintained would definitely recommend this place will try to book it again next year for bike week love it a nice scenic Drive to get to the property loved it”

Relaxing for sure. Our VRBO stay was better than expected. Great beds. Comfortable, lots of pillows, clean and charming. Michael, the caretaker went way out of his way to help us. We could not be happier with the accommodations. A small correction that was a benefit to us, there’s not 3 stall showers. 2 of the……

“I loved this charming farmhouse. The kids had a wonderful time despite not having Internet. loved the yard. my husband went out on the boat. It was a little hard to row with all the algae, but he said it was good exercise. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Charming home. You can feel the history in the house and on the entire property. Sitting on the porch in the evening and just watching the fireflies come out, the deer passing through, and hearing the wild turkeys above us, so serene. We spent the days touring Gettysburg and Harpers Ferry taking in all the history and then returned home and we would think about thr history that took place here. If you are looking for a place that is quiet and where you can unwind but still be close to everything……

“We stayed at the Way-Har cottage as our son had a baseball tournament nearby. I especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen to be able to cook meals. The farm fresh milk and cupcakes they left for us was so kind! They were delicious. The beds were very comfortable. Our boys loved walking to the farm to see the animals and barn cats.
