“Great house! Perfect location for us, (3 couples) lantern festival in Philly, then to Nemours Estate-which was amazing, and Longwood Gardens. House is clean, and cozy, kitchen is well stocked, and beds are comfortable! Lots of charm! Communication with the hosts was Outstanding, very friendly and wanted to make sure we had a great stay, which we did! Loved the basket of goodies and coffee too. Would definitely stay here again. “Communication is respectful and welcoming. The property is gorgeous. I’ve never seen such healthy gardens in my life; just the sight of them gave me positive energy. The home is clean and well equipped. Each room has its own air conditioner and sound machine which serves multiple people who have different preferences. We had a quiet and all around pleasant stay; and with an easy drive to wherever we want to go, I would definitely book again and for a longer time. ”

“We hosted our wedding at Rich's property. My husband's side of the party is all from Canada so it was great to be able to have them stay where we were having the ceremony. We were able to enjoy time with loved ones all weekend rather than just a few hours.The house is very large and has mostly everything you would need and is close to places like Wegmans and target for anything additional you might want.Rich was very responsive when we had a few requests and everyone loved staying here.”
