“We are on a family trip around UK. This is one of the better places we have stayed with clean room with lot of space. Very friendly staff, nice restaurant and very good facilities.”

“Great communication, easy self check in, clean spacious room with great sea view as described. Modern room with space utilised really well. Love the heated mirror in the bathroom! Comfortable bed and pillows (we snoozed our alarm!) Super soft towels. Tea and coffee great and nice touch with a bottle of cold water and Breakfast tray. 100% recommend and would definitely stay again!! Thank you!”

“Booked a family room and wasn't disappointed a double with two singles with plenty of space, this hotel is brilliant staff where excellent & the cleaners deserve a mention the hotel is kept spotless.we had a brilliant four nights great family walks outside the hotel which includes seal & dolphin watching. “Tony & Chris are fantastic hosts. They have a beautiful property decorated to a very high standard. The rooms and bathrooms are fantastic. The rooms are large and have a fridge and tea tray in the rooms. The property is in walking distance of the village and Emlyn Hotel where we were attending a wedding. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back k to stay again! ”

“Breakfast had a wide choice of options. The bed was really comfortable and warm. Internet access was very good. The room had a good sized fridge in it which was a very good idea for keeping snacks fresh and milk fresh for tea. It was a very clean room The guesthouse is situated in the centre of the small town of Lampeter and is more reasonably priced than most establishments and they are nice people working there. ”
