“We had a fabulous 1 night stay, room was beautiful, patio area was great too. Only negative feedback was no milk and only a coffee machine which was awful for tea drinkers as the water tastes like coffee still. Saying this however we would come back and just bring a kettle! :0)”

The amazing view at sunset was stunning and although we were too late to eat dinner there, the breakfast was delicious. We had a brilliant night sleep and great hot showers the following morning. This was a recommendation from a friend and so worth it, we’ll definitely be back. ”

“Just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay at The George which was the perfect location to explore the Peak District. Our room (Jane) was very comfortable, roomy and tastefully designed. It was at the front of the hotel but very well sound proofed as traffic noise was not an issue. Both the breakfast and evening meals were excellent but the true asset of the hotel are the staff. All very cheerful, polite and obviously take pride in their hotel. It was a fabulous few days and we're already……

“酒店位置不错，Hope Valley偏东部，去西边的Mam Tor在20分钟以内，Stanage Edge、Bamford Edge、Burbage South Edge和Burbage Brook都不到10分钟。房子比较古旧了，一共只有9个房间。没电梯，楼梯很窄，好在房间还比较宽敞。早餐3个品种，8:30~10:00。房前有个大停车场，临山谷一侧有桌椅，可以喝着小酒，看日落。”
