Have loved to stay longer. Fabio was extremely helpful and welcoming. Ensuring we knew how to operate all the modern up to date facilities. It was absolutely spotless, extremely well maintained and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was beautifully presented, very fresh, with everything you could wish for. Honestly have put on a few pounds. Our stay in Pistoia turned out to be a really positive experience, thanks to the host’s warm and thoughtful care. When we first arrived, there was a light smell of smoke in the room and a minor issue with cleanliness. We let the host know, and they responded right away with genuine kindness. “This felt like staying as a guest in someone’s home. Hosts Alessandra and Guido are very welcoming. The property is so beautiful overlooking the valley with mountains to the side.
