When I arrived and gave my last name, the valet repeatedly questioned it and made me spell it several times, while giving me a very dismissive and judgmental look. “The experience was amazing, I was very tired after a flight got delayed so I didn’t get to enjoy all of the hotels amenities but what I did get to see, was amazing. Also the staff was incredibly friendly, including the cleaning lady she was so nice, the only one who was a little too serious was an employee at the front when I asked him for pool hours, but besides that everything was amazing ”
