“It was a cute little motel; only 5 rooms but our room was clean and (mostly) quiet. The walls are a little thin so if you want absolute privacy it might not be too your taste, but it was fine for our needs- sleep after an evening dinner/ bridal shower. There is no staff to speak of, only a check in girl that also works at the ice cream shop directly in front of the motel. And you need to look for the shop because the signage for the motel is not large and was hidden a bit behind tree branches-……

“We stayed here with our 13,11 and 2 yr old boys and everyone had the best time! The location of the tree house has complete privacy and is right on the River which was a huge added bonus. We are already talking about maybe coming back next year. Only “heads up” is the “kitchen” sink is more of a dribble so washing any dishes is a long process but… your in a treehouse ”

“The house was very clear, well maintained and had a chill vibe. The view is beautiful and our host was very nice. The information at the house was clear and very helpful, and we really enjoyed our short stay!”

“This place was great. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the water park and all other things to do were always clean and enjoyable. There were always activities for kids to do as well. Overall a great time!!!”

“Our family loved our stay. The cottage is beautiful inside and out. We booked due to the location between Letchworth and Stony Brook State Parks for our hiking vacation and were pleasantly surprised to find out there were miles of trails through the forest behind the cabin included with the property. The pond was my youngests son and husband's favorite bonus. Many large mouth bass were caught including the fattest bluegill ever seen.*All were returned back to pond as it's catch and release.I……
