“After reading terrible reviews on other websites (i booked before i found the reviews) i was worried for our 2 night stay here. However, we were pleasantly suprised. There was no musty bad smell upon entering. It was clean and tidy. The guy at the desk was pleasant and helpful. “Staff very friendly. Most of our food was good. What needs pointing out is the restaurant times for dinner, as we booked for 7pm, and when I rang to say we could be later, due to work commitments, I was told they stopped taking food orders at 7.45. “Really enjoyed my overnight stay in Sandbay. Close to Western Supermare, can hop on a bus and spend time there however there is plenty of entertainment on site also a swimming pool, dart boards and 2x snooker tables. The only downside it's a card only venue but take some cash for vending machine and bingo in the evening cash only. ”
