“Apart from the damp toilet and the lack of shampoo and conditioner, everything is fine. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included for a fee, which is nice as I was attending a conference at the university and there aren't that many food choices on campus. Only one canteen serves dinner, so be prepared to eat in the town. Overall, this place feels safe for solo travellers and is especially suitable if you are there for work at the university. It takes a 12-min bus ride to go to……

“We wanted a pet friendly hotel and boy, did we get it. Every member of staff treated our little pup like royalty. In the room there was a comfortable bed for her with a towel and 2 blankets along with some bowls but the piece de resistance was a the little bag containing poop bags, treats and a ball. We had a very satisfied little dog in the room but when she saw the outside greenery she was absolutely thrilled as were we. Unlike a lot of hotels where they claim to be dog friendly but then……

“Great stay in converted cottage in the courtyard. Great location, very friendly staff. Walked to Lansdown Park and ride only 10 min for evening in Bath, so convenient.”

“I had a room with a balcony that looked directly over the Avon Gorge and the Suspension Bridge. Perfect. Plus I missed check out time by an hour and there was absolutely no fuss at all. Excellent. ”

“住在酒店后新装修的房间，新潮的设计，可惜缺少衣柜，衣物只好挂在墙上和丢在沙发，美中不足，另外房间隔音太差，走道和隔邻的噪音干扰很大。酒店位置不错，步行去市中心只几分钟，服务态度也很好。”
