“The property is beautiful & the hotel is elegant. The staff is also great. This was our 3rd stay there, but, again, we could not get an internet connection. The staff also tried, but, still no internet service on the laptop. Mobile phone access is no problem, it works great. There also needs to be more information handouts in the rooms; ex...food menus & phone #'s for the 3 restaurants. Also pool & gym info. Where is the gym ? Lastly, safety bars in the bathtub/shower. ”

“I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee. They also give you 2 bottles of water in your room as well as a complimentary small……

“I was a little worried about this property after booking and reading some of the negative reviews. First and foremost this hotel could use a good dusting, deeper level of cleaning in the bathrooms, addition of mattress pads and new sheets to replace the fairly threadbare sheets/no mattress pads on the beds, and clearing of the slow tub and sink drains. “I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.”
