“The property is great for a few days stay. It is equipped with pretty much everything you need, the free bottle of wine is a nice touch. Somebody mentioned in a review I read that the apartment is rather dark inside and that is certainly true for the apartment we stayed at, there is no window. But there is a nice area outside around the pool where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air and hang out in privacy. The pool itself is a little bit on the cold side for my taste….Odin is a very nice host……

“A frequent visitor to the Cocoa Beach area, we decided to try the other coast for a change of pace. We chose the Tampa area as a central location for day trips to the smaller towns along the Gulf. As a hub, this place wasn’t bad, but had a lot to be desired. The condo itself was in need of some repairs and the property could use some updates/upgrades as well. air pool area, beach section, games court etc. ”

“I traveled with a friend to Indian Rocks Beach for the first time. We usually stay in Clearwater. This is our new go to rental! The apartment was spotless and had absolutely everything that we needed, including beach chairs and beach towels, a cooler, beach games and an umbrella, an iron and ironing board (which we did not use), a hair dryer, and even various suntan lotions left by previous guests. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (bring your own coffee). I slept on the……
