“We adored St Pete 3 Minutes to Pier! The location is perfect for walking downtown and to Tampa Bay. The property was spotless, comfortable, and the location was perfect. We came down for a short vacation, and three of us were very comfortable staying here. The owners were very responsive when we needed help with something, and we loved the little touches like coffee pods and bottled water. I would highly recommend this property!”

“I was very pleased with my stay in this unit! The space was clean with a very nice, updated kitchen. Everything was in great condition and the location was phenomenal! It was a 1-2 minute walk to the beach with a convenient pedestrian crosswalk right there. We walked to get ice cream, walked to Johns Pass, walked to breakfast. No need for a rental car! I will definitely be staying here again! Only negative was no washer and dryer, so bring plenty of clothes.”

“It was the perfect place for my husband and I. The host was amazing. We had questions that he answered right away. After booking the place our return flight got canceled so we had to shorten our trip. The host went out of his way to help us with that. He also called to make sure everything was going good and that we didn’t need anything. I would definitely recommend his place. ”

“This property is in a great location on the North side of Clearwater beach and away from the business. Definitely more quiet and more open beach (only 2 blocks away!). For the price, this was an excellent place to stay. Would definitely consider staying here again. ”
