“We booked a Resort View Studio 2 Queen Beds room, that had a description of "Brand New" and the room definitely was not! Closet doors were falling off, rust throughout the trim, furniture falling apart, etc. There was wiring, no clue what it was used for, just dangling in the closet. They moved us to another room and while the dresser was still falling apart, it was much better.”

“We loved the location - close to restaurants, shops & on the beach. Housekeeping was so kind and great. The waitstaff by the pool was great! The waitstaff at the restaurant which overlooks the beach wasn’t. The restaurant manager was great. ”

“Our check in was just the beginning of a fantastic week. We arrived just a few days after my wife lost her job of 33 years. Although retirement was in her future, that was a great place kick back, relax and go thru all the mental trauma a job loss can bring on. From the moment we pulled up the driveway, we were immediately directed to the lobby for check in. Our bags were collected and were sent to our room as soon as we had received our room number. Although our request for a room away……
