“This is our 2nd stay at the Avalon and we would highly recommend it for families. The condos are spacious and have all of the amenities you would ever need. Great location on the beach and a short walk to all of the bars/restaurants, pier 60 and more attractions. ”

“ Doc was very accommodating he checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I knew he was just a phone call away if we needed anything which was nice to know. The condo was nicely decorated and clean. We had all we needed in the room and enjoyed the provided lounge chairs for the beach. Truly enjoyed the beach which was not crowded at all. I have wonderful memories with my girls. Thank you Doc for an exceptional vacation! We will visit again!”

“Nice place and spacious. Good location. Only complaint is one of the rooms has a sky light window so it will be extremely bright early morning. They should consider some kind of automatic retracting blinds. Def wouldn’t put kids in that room unless you want to wake up early lol. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the condo- it was clean, well-equipped, and a very convenient location. The only downside was the 3 temperature/humidity control units in the condo... I found them pretty noisy and they would wake me up when they switched on and off automatically. I could find no way to shut them off. ”

“The condo was really nice, just like the pictures, beds were comfy and we had everything we needed in kitchen but did have to buy dish towels and cloths which was fine. The door did want to stick, maybe a little wd-40, Barbara was always prompt with any questions we had, was nice and clean would definitely stay here again. ”

“Perfect location out of the main hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach but close enough to walk to it if desired. Steps to a wide, beautiful beach. Very relaxing! We will be back ”

“The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful and relaxing. We loved going to John's Pass Village (1/2 mile down the road) for dinner almost every night. We saw multiple dolphins while eating outside on the boardwalk at Sculley's. We would definitely stay here again.”

“View of ocean was amazing. We saw dolphins every morning and a manatee one morning from our balcony. The only downfall is there were no chairs, umbrellas or towels for the beach. But overall was a great place!”

“Having stayed here before we rebooked again and were pleased with the latest updates done to the property, including some new furniture and a completely remodelled bathroom.Location is great for access to the local areas and facilities of Indian Rocks Beach, Belle Air, Clearwater etc.Definately one to return to.”
