“My husband and I took a quick 4 day trip to the area. We’ve been coming to this area for years with our kids and still now as empty nesters. The Casita met our needs to a tee. The pictures online were to a tee in person as well. It was clean and so charming. Wendy the property manager kept in contact with us through out the stay and was quick to respond to our messages from beginning to end. I would highly recommend the casita. Thanks you for everything.”

“Front desk staff was great, room was clean, house keeping was wonderful. Breakfast was just ok though. I have stayed at the Laquinta on 4th Street also, they had bacon and sausage to on there Breakfast bar! This hotel no meat what so ever just starch and boiled egg. For someone who does not eat alot of starch it made for a sad start to every day.”

“Home was furnished appropriately and comfortably. Peaceful and private was the backyard area. It was a quiet neighborhood. Great central location. Many activities and restaurants nearby. A city park, about 10 minutes away with alligators and a beautiful boardwalk. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The house was in excellent condition. Pots and Pans, coffee maker, toaster all were there and easy to use. The patio was great for morning coffee by the pool. Beds were comfortable. Bring your own toilet paper as the stuff there was see thru. Main shower pressure was low. Must be that saver that makes you take longer showers. Overall our stay was one of the best we have had. Thank you for keeping a great home.”

“We stayed one night and swam in the pool which was nice, the outside hangout area was super nice as well...the only down fall was the house was not well stocked. We had no wash clothes, no dish soap or dish towels and no dish washer tablets were provided for us to wash the dishes for checkout! There were also 3 plates for a rental that can sleep a family of 12 so we were a little disappointed in that. But the property was clean and well taken care of! ”

“House was clean & comfortable, and not difficult to find. Location was good for our needs (Vinoy Park). Gabe was accommodating with providing a couple items and overall communication was good. He checked in a couple times to ensure we were all set, and that was appreciated! We would stay here again. ”

“Nice stay. Very nice house. Quiet, safe feel neighborhood. Bright, clean, modern appliances. Big TV’s everywhere. Small but nice yard. Communication with hosts very efficient. Need to drive to get “anywhere” but only about a mile or so. We’d come again. ”
