“We have stayed in many places all over the US and Europe and we hate to give bad reviews, but we feel it's only fair to give future renters a heads up. The pictures of this rental on the VRBO site are not current. We love Pinetop and the location was great. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. But many things in the house were old, broken, dirty, or all three. In spite of the cleaning fee we paid, the house and especially the carpets were very dirty. Sticky finger prints on cabinet doors.……

“It’s a very cute, quiet place that was an overall great place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. I’d stay there again without any changes but some minor criticism/suggestions would be to make the numbers on the cabins more visible (maybe glow in the dark paint), make sure the paper towel roll is full or leave a second in the kitchen and I thought it was great they had dishes and dish soap but there was no sponge to do the dishes. The only straight up complaint was that one of the twist stick……
