Nelson county has always been a favorite spot for us to go to, but most of the time we have made day trips. I absolutely love being able to post up for a weekend in a quiet setting and being able to relax. Even the pup enjoys the quiet and are keen to relax next to the stoves. “I called the owner the night before for check in info as I had not heard from him he told me that there was already someone else in the cabin. We had booked this cabin in Feb. 5 months before and paid in full needless to say I was not a happy camper. We did get a full refund from him. However I can not help but think of I had to cancel the night before I would have been out the money I feel he owes me more then just what we paid some kind of reimbursement for all the trouble we had to go……

“WoW Just WoW!!!We had a great time to say the least. Spacious, well stocked, and clean. Shopped a bit took in the sights the area had to offer, visited with nearby relatives and friends played some family board games, video games, shot some pool, as well as enjoyed the hot tub. The days were beautiful..most definitely on our list to visit again. ”
